30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

At Wett Skincare, we stand by the quality of our products and your experience with them. If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee.

For first-time purchases, you’re eligible for a full refund for one Face Oasis, whether it’s opened or unopened. If your order included multiple units, the refund will only cover one unless the remaining unopened items are returned.

For subsequent purchases, only unopened products are eligible for a refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your order date. After 30 days, we’re unable to issue a refund or replacement.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly on wettskin.com and does not cover orders from third-party retailers or platforms.

Return Conditions

  • First Purchase: One unit is eligible for a full refund, opened or unopened.
  • Subsequent Purchases: Only unopened units are eligible for a refund.
  • All Returns: All products must be returned to us for your refund to be processed. If we do not receive the items, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email logan@wettskin.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping:

U.S. Customers: We’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping fees, including any duties or taxes.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled after processing begins.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items.Email logan@wettskin.com to request an exchange and receive a prepaid return label.
Exchanges are only valid for purchases made directly from wettskin.com.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives missing, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

To qualify for a replacement, please email logan@wettskin.com with:

  • A clear photo or video of the product(s)
  • A photo of the original packaging

Replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Minor cosmetic flaws or packaging imperfections may not qualify.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund within 3-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For international orders, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  2. If you still don’t see your refund, email logan@wettskin.com for assistance.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you via email.
